We accept cash and card payments.

This can happen and will most likely depend on your spam filter settings. Please check your spam folder first to confirm if you received the confirmation email. Still need help? Please contact customer support.

Yes you can. The tracking link will be shared in
the shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

All home delivery orders can be returned within 30 days after receiving your parcel by clicking the return portal link below.

All returned products need to be in their original state and preferably in the original packaging.

First of all, apologies for the inconvenience.

If you’ve received the wrong product please file a return request in the return portal here so our team can find a solution.

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we can't alter any details to your order.

We start processing your order as soon as possible, for this reason we cannot change the address details.

The package will be send out to the address we received at checkout, so please confirm this before completing your order.

In some cases DHL is able to offer support, so please try contacting their customer support department as well.

Please note:The delivery time is an indication, the actual delivery time can be different and is counted from the moment the package is handled and received at DHL. Many factors will influence shipping times and the courier will ultimately be responsible for delivery.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon check-out. Possible import taxes are not included.

We have partnered with DHL Parcel for standard shipping and DHL Express for express shipments.

For deliveries outside of Europe, we utilize DHL Express exclusively.

Some orders can be delivered through a briefcase which will be delivered by PostNL for Dutch orders exclusively.

If an item is missing, please contact us using the e-mail button on this page and provide the order number along with the name of the missing item.

We'll work to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items immediately. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us and provide us with:

- Order number
- The item’s name/number
- Description of the fault
- Attach pictures

Please note: this only applies to production issues. Item’s with user damage will not be accepted upon return.

If you have selected the option to ship your order at home, then you can only return your order online.

Did you choose the option to pick up your order at the event? Then you can return your order at the merchandise stand.

Unfortunately, no.

If you have not received your package, please reach out to DHL Parcel or DHL Express using your tracking link to find out about the progress of your package.

The opening hours of the main merchandise stand is:

Friday:

Saturday: 2 PM - 11 PM.

Please note: make sure you pick up your click & collect order before 8 PM. After that, all unclaimed orders will be refunded.

This is possible from Friday until Saturday 8 PM at the main merchandise stand near Entrance B and the Terror stage.

Please bring your personal barcode. You will receive this by clicking on the link in your second e-mail. The e-mail subject starts with: Your Dominator merchandise pick-up link.

No. Only the person mentioned on the order details can pick up the order by showing their personal barcode.

There are no fitting rooms but they can be fitted and exchanged at the stand.

If you chose the option to pick up your order at the event, then you can return your order at the counter at the main merchandise stand.

Home delivery orders unfortunately can't be returned at the event.

It does sometimes happen that a product becomes unavailable before you have placed your order. This means the last item has just been purchased by someone else and will be automatically deleted from your cart.

Experiences


Customer support

It may take a while for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Depending on your email settings, the confirmation email could end up in your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received anything, please reach out to us.

The Festival Store is available until Saturday evening. You can also buy experiences, merchandise and food & beverages during the event. 

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You must be in possession of a valid Dominator 2024 ticket. Don't have a ticket yet? Don't miss it and get your ticket through our ticket shop.

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation from our shop and after a couple of minutes, we’ll send you a voucher with the QR codes you need to enter the experience.

You can enter the experience by showing the voucher with the QR code you received after the confirmation email. 

Please reach out to us at info@artofdance.nl, and we will verify your reservation.

Reservations for the reversed zipline can only be made at the festival, as advance time slot bookings are not available. Please note that the reverse zipline is the only attraction for which time slots can be reserved. Time slot reservations for other experiences are not possible.

The location and time will be displayed on the voucher. You’ll receive the voucher together with the confirmation e-mail.

Yes. As experiences are an exclusive upgrade to your festival day, most of them are limited. So don’t miss out!

All food and beverages can be picked up at the Camping Supermarket, which is open from Friday at 08:00 until Sunday at 07:00. Please note that you must collect your food and beverages by 03:00 on Sunday.

Unfortunately, no. Except for merchandise, all experiences and other items are for pick-up only.

All ordered tokens must be collected at the Token Desk located at the campsite. Please be aware that token pick-up is only available on Friday from 08:00 until 22:30.

Unfortunately, no. All tokens must be collected at the Token Desk located at the campsite, and access to this service requires a valid Dominator camping ticket.

The branded Dominator tent needs to be picked up at the Camping Supermarket, which is open from Friday at 08:00 until Sunday at 07:00. Please note that you must collect your tent by 03:00 on Sunday.
