Event purchase (Click and collect)

Returns can be done up to 30 days after pickup at Masters of Hardcore or home delivery when you placed your order on de click & collect website. Products purchased directly at a merchandise counter can only be returned during Awakenings.

Please visit the return portal to create a return request if you wish to return your order before,or after, Masters of Hardcore.

Returned items are processed within 14 days (2 weeks) after receiving your return package, including the refund.

When your order has not been picked up during the event, we will issue a refund back to your bank account within 1 month.

Return policy

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Or during Masters of Hardcore.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure a smooth and efficient return process for your clothing items. Please note that Masters of Hardcore employees have the right to decline returns if the above guidelines are not adhered to.
