Click & Collect is available until Saturday, June 19th at 23:00 CEST, during regular festival opening hours. Your items will be waiting at the main Merchandise stand.

You can return your online order within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned products must meet the expected return conditions described in the returns policy.

To begin the returns process, please go to our Return Portal. You will need your order number along with the email you used when making your purchase. Please fill out the form and follow the directions to make your return.
