You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it, as long as the items meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.

• Click & Collect orders can be returned at the Return Desk at the merchandise stand (M1 on the map), but only during the event.
• Home delivery orders can be returned via our Return Portal within 30 days.

To start a return, visit the Return Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your return.
